Compensation / No Tax State Family Medicine (FM) Salary: $290K to $325K (experience) 7% yearly salary increases Relocation assistance: $30,000 Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary ($28K–$36K) paid with first paycheck Retention bonus: 10% of salary after year 2 CME: 5 paid days plus allowance Loan repayment: NHSC and IHS, PSLF programs Paid Time Off holidays = (400 hours can be banked or cashed out end of yr.)
