We’re hiring a weekend Caregiver who brings compassion, patience, and heart to their work. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and connection. What You’ll Do Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the Nurse or Med Tech Responding promptly and professionally to call lights and requests for assistance Safely operating lifts and other mobility equipment Accurately recording care and communicating updates to your team Shift Hours Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM What We’re Looking For Minimum age 18 A genuine desire to serve seniors and make a positive impact every day Reliability, teamwork, and kindness Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous caregiving experience preferred – we’re happy to train the right person Physical Demands Ability to stand / walk up to eight hours per day Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds. Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
