Quality Manager - Houston Texas

$150,000 to $170,000

Looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? Look no further! Located in Houston, Texas, an established manufacturer of industrial machinery is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their growing organization. As a working manager, you will optimize and maintain quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and meet customer expectations. You will also play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and fostering a customer-focused quality team.

Required Qualifications:

US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Needed
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field
Minimum of 10 years in a quality role and 5 years of management experience
Direct experience in equipment manufacturing that includes metal fabrication, assembly, welding, and finishing (coating & painting)
Knowledge of ASME, ASW and CWB standards.
Experience managing customer quality audits and working with vendors for NDT testing
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired industry background: process industrial equipment manufacturing for the energy, LNG, power generation, water treatment, wastewater, or datacenter sectors. Types of machinery: rotating equipment, pressure vessels, process piping, skid or fixed chemical tanks, burners, cooling towers, drilling equipment, offshore rigs, and related kinds of machinery and systems.
