Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY: The Maintenance Manager at the Riverside Lid Plant is responsible for driving equipment reliability, facility maintenance, and Capex execution in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, team-based environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all aspects for CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) for the facility including budgeting, deployment, tracking and technical/financial policy compliance and contractor/engineering service providersLead facility efforts related to energy, fluids and wastewater related cost reductionResponsible for facility wide automation strategy and support to electricians and operating departmentsResponsible for managing federally regulated wastewater systems within legislative complianceResponsible for building maintenance executionResponsible for security services of the buildingResponsible for setting and managing the Energy and Fluids commodity budgets and targets for the facility.Managing equipment design and constructionResponsible for technical knowledge of safety, environmental, building and other related codes, permits and regulations associated with the facility's operationsAccountable for direct report development, technical training support and area labor relationsMaintenance/PTE MCRS OwnerAccountable for Operations Department Financials – VIC/ZBB maintenance, manufacturing supplies etc.Accountable for maintenance KPIs, GOPs and long-term equipment uptime/reliabilityAccountable for execution of short-term and long-term maintenance plans including execution of the department strategic planAccountable for CapEx support in OperationsVPO Maintenance Pillar and Maintenance KPI Owner.Oversee storeroom and spare part inventory management.Responsible for coaching, developing and performance management of hourly and salaried Operations teamJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field, Masters preferred5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required3+ years of leadership experiencepreferredStrong knowledge of lid manufacturing process preferredDemonstrated ability to develop a diverse group of employees for future opportunitiesStrong interpersonal, communication, business acumen, financial and technical/problem solving skillsWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
