Compensation: $60–$65 per hour + performance-based incentives (depending on experience)
Schedule: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time) | Some weekend availability preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team during an exciting phase of growth.

We’re looking for an experienced provider who not only excels in injectable treatments but also thrives in consultations, patient experience, treatment planning, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build strong client relationships while driving consistent results for the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including:
  • Neurotoxins
  • Dermal fillers
  • Advanced injectable procedures
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit
• Convert consultations into treatments effectively
• Drive patient retention and rebooking
• Recommend ongoing care and full treatment plans
• Contribute to overall practice growth and business development
• Thrive in a performance-driven environment

Qualifications

• Active license as an RN, NP, or PA in New York
• Proven experience as an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector
• Strong consultation and sales skills
• Demonstrated success in:
  • Patient retention
  • Rebooking
  • Treatment plan conversion
• Experience in OR or plastic surgery is a plus
• Experience with aesthetic technologies is a strong plus

Important Note
This is not a training position . We are seeking an experienced injector who can confidently perform treatments from day one.
An existing patient base or the ability to quickly build one is highly preferred.
