Senior Counsel

The role involves providing legal counsel to support SB Energy's growth in renewable energy projects, including data centers, solar, battery storage, and related infrastructure, with responsibilities in transaction negotiation, project development, and corporate finance within a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel to support SB Energy's growth and project development in energy and infrastructure sectors. Support and negotiate project and corporate financing structures, including debt, tax equity, and equipment financing. Review, negotiate, and draft real estate agreements and manage title issues. Draft, review, and negotiate project documents such as power purchase agreements, lease agreements, and EPC/O&M contracts. Manage and supervise outside counsel within budget, review invoices, and ensure legal support for development and operational teams.
