Essential Functions Process Shipment Requests Create picking material lists Create and update delivery calendar Stock Management Cycle Counts, Pool Management, Returned Goods WIP Management WIP Review, Reconcile, Project closeout, review of projects that are 90% complete Lead warehouse staff in Inventory preparation Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the overall operation Other relative duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience At least 3 years of experience in similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Experience with Microsoft Office Forklift certification (training will be provided) Good communication skills Leadership capabilities Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.
