Location 8070 Ala Moana Center, Honolulu, HI Position Summary Assistant Store Manager responsible for leading a team to achieve sales and performance goals while maintaining a high‑standard shopping environment. Key Responsibilities Produce sales gains by providing customer service and maintaining store visual standards. Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual sales metrics. Provide consistent, documented appraisal of associate sales performance and give feedback on strengths and opportunities. Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, signage, and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Dress Code Policy. Protect company assets, follow warehouse and inventory procedures, and manage store schedules for wage control. Open and close the store following operations procedures. Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store personnel. Encourage and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines for all employees. Perform audit and documentation duties per company policies and state/federal laws. Compensation and Benefits Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers P/T are also eligible for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience. Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficient with computer and related software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead. Standing required for up to 100% of the work time. Ability to work unsupervised.
