What you'll actually do

1. Sit at kitchen tables with homeowners.
2. You'll walk roofs to assess the key details that make that roof unique.
3. You'll explain why a job done right matters more than a low bid that turns into a callback nightmare.
4. You'll close.

We feed you warm leads from our marketing engine. You also have the freedom (and incentive) to build your own book — referrals, canvassing, networking. Hybrid lead model means uncapped upside for reps who hustle.

Who we are looking for

1. Roofing sales experience? You're at the top of our list.
2. Home improvement sales background? Solar, windows, HVAC, siding, gutters — come talk to us. You already speak homeowner.
3. Hungry and coachable? If you've got the drive but not the years, we'll train you. We've built the program for it.
4. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
