This position serves as a strategic link between manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements, ensuring seamless alignment across all stages of product development and production. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage complex programs, and deliver innovative solutions that optimize cost, quality, and materials availability.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Risk ManagementTranslates manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics related to bills of materials risk assessment/mitigation, inventory health/optimization, streamlined supply chain management, and total cost to businessNew Product Introduction (NPI) & High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM)Coordinates and monitors the acquisition of materials in support of NPI programs/projects and ramp readiness for seamless transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)Supplier ManagementWorks closely with suppliers to execute contractual requirements and discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategiesManages suppliers to achieve on-time delivery and cycle time performance, resolution of material escalations, BOM cost benchmarking/optimization, Engineering Change Order (ECO) change closure, new site startup, and liability settlementsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborates closely with cross-functional staff across project/program management, engineering, supply chain, commodity professionals/purchasing, and manufacturing teams to:Define customer demand and early raw materials requirementsInfluence supplier and component selectionsDrive planning and procurement activities at both product and cross-product platform levelsMaterials & Quality AssuranceEnsures bills of materials integrity, materials availability, cost, and quality goals are set and successfully achievedEnsures tight linkages to each business unit's production requirements to enable output maximization while balancing cost and inventory controlStakeholder Communication & Program MonitoringProvides assessments and status updates to stakeholders at multiple levelsEstablishes contingency and gap closure plansClosely monitors program indicators to proactively identify and address risksData Analysis & Process ImprovementAnalyzes data to develop and design solutions for complex processesParticipates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organizationWorks with cross-organizational teams to drive forward-looking supply chain solutionsQualifications:This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
