Job Description:
Summary
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator , you'll deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Mail Processing: Sort, distribute, and organize incoming/outgoing mail.
• Print Operations: Operate printers, copiers, and related equipment.
• Physical Tasks: Lift packages/materials up to 25 lbs.
• Office Mobility: Deliver mail, collect documents, support departments.
• Package Handling: Receive, log, and distribute deliveries with documentation.
• Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, issue passes, follow security protocols.
• Telephone Handling: Answer calls professionally, create presentations, speak to groups.
• Activity Coordination: Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Workplace Services: Coordinate mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries/complaints with professional solutions.
• Event Management: Organize on-site events, secure space, set up/tear down.
• Security/Emergency: Follow property-specific procedures, notify appropriate parties.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers providing goods/services.
• Team Communication: Explain detailed information, follow manager's directions.
• Problem-Solving: Use existing procedures for straightforward issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
