We are a prominent not-for-profit healthcare system located in one of the Mid-Atlantic's rapidly expanding areas, currently looking for two Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to enhance our established ENT service line. This role provides an excellent opportunity to quickly develop a thriving practice, supported by robust clinical resources, state-of-the-art facilities, and an employed practice framework.

• General ENT practice with the potential to cultivate subspecialty interests.
• Ability to allocate up to 50% of your practice to specific areas of interest, such as Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery.
• A strong regional referral network consisting of over 450 physicians and more than 200 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• A substantial patient base of over 500,000 individuals.
• Dedicated support team including Physician Assistants, Audiologists, RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants.
• Custom-designed ENT clinic featuring 10 examination rooms, Stroboscopic technology, and EPIC systems.
• 1:5 call rotation.

• Proven earning potential of up to $765,000.
• Annual signing bonus of $15,000 for the first two years.
