Director of Revenue Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the revenue operating rhythm, helping turn business goals into clear targets, forecasts, and performance metrics. You will partner closely with GTM, Product, and Finance teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen accountability, and improve decision-making across the funnel. The position also calls for a strong blend of strategic thinking, systems fluency, and practical execution in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 annually Responsibilities Establish a data-driven decision cadence for revenue forecasting Translate business objectives into actionable revenue targets Identify high-impact opportunities across the sales funnel Collaborate with Product and Finance on pricing and market strategies Lead the revenue forecasting process and monitor critical KPIs Ensure accountability across GTM teams through clear metrics Oversee the CRM ecosystem and ensure data integrity Qualifications 7+ years in high-growth RevOps, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations with team management experience B2B SaaS industry expertise with knowledge of CRM best practices Expert-level fluency in B2B SaaS metrics and data-driven decision-making Proven capability in architecting AI-driven automation and workflows Deep familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM ecosystems Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders Practical mindset with a focus on outcomes and business needs Benefits Minimum of 3 weeks vacation and additional sick and personal days Health, dental, vision, and long-term disability coverage Flexible parental leave benefits with top-ups Remote work setup allowance to enhance a home office Company-wide winter holiday shutdown for work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
