The Construction Worker/Remodeling will primarily engage in residential construction projects, performing a variety of tasks from demolition to finishing. Reporting directly to the owner, this role demands proficiency with both hand and power tools, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. The worker will also be expected to support overtime work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of existing structures as needed
• Install drywall and complete flooring tasks
• Paint surfaces and carry out site cleanup
• Maintain and manage hand and power tools
• Safely climb ladders and handle physical labor
• Pull trailers to transport materials
• Work late as needed to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction work
• Valid Texas driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and masonry
• Proficiency with power tools
• Strong physical stamina
• Ability to work well within a team
• Effective problem-solving skills
