$18/hour during the first month, $19/hour starting from the second month
⏰ Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Overnight shifts: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
- Two consecutive days off per week
- Days off will be selected from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Prepare and bake artisan breads and pastries
- Shape dough and assist with daily production
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during overnight production shifts
- Experience with croissant lamination (tourage) preferred
- Experience with bread shaping preferred
- Basic English required
- Basic Spanish is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Paid vacation:
- 2 weeks during the first year
- 3 weeks starting in the second year
