The Role We are seeking an accomplished Tax Partner with significant experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and private clients. This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to lead complex client engagements, mentor and develop talented professionals, drive strategic growth initiatives, and play a key role in expanding one of the firm's fastest-growing service lines. Key Responsibilities Lead complex tax planning, advisory, consulting, and compliance engagements for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, estates, private investors, and privately owned businesses. Advise clients on sophisticated wealth preservation, succession planning, estate and gift tax strategies, and overall tax-efficient wealth management. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals. Grow and strengthen the firm's Private Client Services practice through strategic leadership and exceptional client service. Develop trusted relationships with clients and external advisers, including attorneys, investment professionals, and wealth managers. Review complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns. Identify proactive tax planning opportunities that deliver long-term value for clients. Support business development through networking, referrals, thought leadership, and expanding existing client relationships. Partner with firm leadership on recruiting, succession planning, practice development, and strategic initiatives. Maintain the highest standards of technical excellence and client service. Monitor legislative developments affecting private clients and wealth planning. Requirements Active CPA licence. 12+ years of public accounting tax experience. Extensive experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, estates, and privately held businesses. Strong technical knowledge of estate, gift, fiduciary, partnership, and individual taxation. Proven leadership experience managing complex client engagements and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to build long‑term client relationships. Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication and executive‑level relationship management skills. Master's in Taxation (MST), JD, or LL.M. in Taxation. Experience leading or growing a Private Client Services or UHNW practice. Background within a nationally recognised public accounting or advisory firm. Passion for long‑term leadership and continued practice growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
