Information Technology Director

Directing the activities of an Information Technology team, the full-time Associate Director of Information Technology will develop and implement IT strategies, oversee project management, and manage vendor relationships while working remotely from Pennsylvania. Key responsibilities: Coordinate IT support for assigned organizational segments and ensure adherence to project management guidelines Develop and communicate IT strategy in collaboration with leadership to meet organizational needs Manage staff recruitment, development, and retention while fostering a team-oriented environment Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Master's Degree preferred) Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience Understanding of enterprise data management ecosystems Experience leading operations-focused teams for service delivery and process improvement
