Production Supervisor

Company Overview Wyld produces Cannabis edibles and beverages using real fruit and natural flavors across multiple states and Canada. Location & Compensation Location: Oregon - Clackamas Compensation: $60,000 - $67,500 / year Summary The role of the Production Supervisor is to manage production leads and production support employees, oversee all aspects of production, maintain daily production flow, and ensure quotas are met. The supervisor must understand kitchen production and packaging processes, hire, train, and develop employees, coordinate functions with the Kitchen Manager, and work a flexible schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise production employees, plan, assign, and direct work Ensure teams follow SOPs and receive training on updates Oversee scheduling and delegation throughout the day Complete employee reviews per company timelines Oversee daily production operations Assist Kitchen Manager with production and kitchen schedules Maintain a clean, organized workplace; enforce safety and sanitation procedures Collaborate on SOP development and implementation Track and verify inventory of packaging supplies Submit required reports accurately and efficiently Maintain high‑quality standards, conduct QA/QC during shifts Evaluate operation performance and improve procedures and practices Perform and monitor all aspects of quality control in production Ensure accuracy in kitchen data, counts, measurements, and weights Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations, including health and safety standards Store consumables and products safely Perform quality inspections and minimize waste Communicate information and respond to questions at all levels Assist managers in training personnel on proper procedures Report quality or safety discrepancies to managers and directors Make recommendations for personnel evaluation and kitchen team training Assist the Kitchen Manager and packaging responsibilities as needed Other duties may be assigned at any time with or without notice Qualifications At least 3 years of directly related production or manufacturing experience, preferably in food or beverage, and 1 year of supervisory or lead experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with urgency Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Must obtain all required state permits, licenses, and certifications Oregon: Active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) Marijuana Worker Permit California: Pass a criminal background check or Live Scan Arizona: Clear a criminal background check and obtain a Facility or Dispensary Agent Card Nevada: Active Nevada Cannabis Production / Distribution Agent Card Colorado: Active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Marijuana Worker’s Permit ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred Effective written and verbal communication in English State regulations require applicants to be 21 years of age or older Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Benefits Competitive salary of $60,000 – $67,500 per year plus bonuses 11 paid holidays 120 hours of paid time off 401(k) Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance Wyld is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wyld
