As you establish a client base, you'll earn commissions based on the relationships you build while benefiting from our business financing program and enhanced commission opportunities designed to support newer financial professionals. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ Commission Driven Qualifications No previous financial services experience required. Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license. Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with an enterprising mindset and strong work ethic. Sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or military experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Obtain your Life & Health Insurance license with our support.
