Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant – Patrick Hyundai
Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 (Commission-Based Pay Plan)
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
Guide prospective buyers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
Complete accurate sales documentation
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends and dealership promotions
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
Comply with company policies and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Detail-oriented and driven to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be 19 years or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (licensed for at least 3 years)
Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
