ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in April 2024 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a strong, performance-driven office. I attended the University of California Riverside, and outside of work I enjoy hiking, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants. Our team has grown to six members, and we operate with a clear focus on teamwork, accountability, and winning together. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joseph Lau - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
