Overview Lead construction projects across various sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, budget, and schedule effectively. Oversee on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality expectations. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Implement risk management strategies to address potential challenges during construction phases. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards. Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the project teams. Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress and addressing any issues. Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during project execution. Ensure all documentation and permits are in place for construction activities. Promote adherence to environmental and sustainability practices in construction projects. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred. Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
