Summary The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor delivers personalized skincare and makeup consultations on the sales floor, educating clients on product benefits and application techniques. The role is focused on driving sales, building client relationships, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time, in-store position based in White Plains. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one product consultations and makeup/skincare demonstrations to clients Recommend products and drive sales to meet individual and store targets Maintain merchandise presentation, product displays, and inventory replenishment Build and manage client relationships including follow-up and appointment scheduling Requirements Previous retail or cosmetics experience, preferably 1-2 years Strong communication and customer service skills with a consultative approach Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
