Advance your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting middle school students! This contract opportunity offers part-time hours (20 per week) throughout the full school year and provides the chance to make a lasting impact on students’ lives while developing your professional skill set.

Your expertise will focus on case management for approximately 10 students and the delivery of high-quality speech and language services to around 20 students, primarily those receiving support for speech/communication needs and autism. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, play an integral role in IEP development, and help shape successful learning outcomes. Services are itinerant, with paid travel, and you’ll find a collaborative district culture and comprehensive training on the IEP system.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Oregon SLP licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in pediatrics and school-based settings, especially with autism spectrum and specific learning disabilities
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms valued
• Strong interpersonal, case management, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services at the middle school level
• Manage case files, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers, families, and support teams
• Support students primarily under speech/communication and autism classifications
• Attend and contribute to paid team meetings and administrative duties
