Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to patients in their homes. As a Caregiver with NuChoice Health Partners, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Work Schedule:
Day shift, evening, and overnight shifts available

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and cook for patients
• Remind patients to take their medications
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Help patients with mobility exercises
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document tasks completed and time in and out
