Requirements

• Licensed in Social Work preferred but not required
• Experience in skilled care and/or long-term care facilities preferred
• Experience in the human services field
• Encompass a "resident care first" belief and puts those beliefs into practice
• Empathetic and caring personality
• Ability to work with a diverse population
• Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
