Schedule: Monday through Friday + some weekends- Onsite
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour + additional $3.00 for weekend shifts

Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating temporary employee assignments by scheduling and placing active and available temporary employees into open client orders. This position is central to daily staffing operations and supports the company's ability to meet client needs in a timely, professional, and compliant manner.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling activities for client assignments
• Match qualified temporary employees to open positions based on skills, availability, location, and client requirements
• Communicate assignment details, confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates
• Monitor staffing coverage and promptly address call-offs, no-shows, and urgent staffing requests
• Maintain accurate employee and assignment records within staffing systems
• Communicate staffing updates with clients and internal teams
• Partner with Recruitment, Operations, HR, Payroll, and Account Management departments
• Track staffing activity, assignment status, fill rates, and operational metrics
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

What We're Looking For
• Customer service, scheduling, dispatch, call center, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience
• Weekend availability required
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
