Tech Stack: SAP What You’ll Actually Do Process: Process customer orders accurately within the SAP/manufacturing system. Clarify: Contact customers to gather necessary information and clarify purchase order details. Collaborate: Work with the drafting department to finalize order information and specifications. Maintain: Organize and maintain all paperwork associated with each customer order. Support: Support the Customer Experience team by preparing quotes from the quotes queue. The Must-Haves Background: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: One year of order entry, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred. Skills: Self-motivated, detailed oriented, strong comprehension, strong memory.
