Licensed Therapist – LMFT / LMHC / LCSW$60–$70/hour | Orlando & Winter Garden | Flexible Scheduling | Telehealth AvailableABA Alliance Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our team!We are seeking a Florida-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW who enjoys working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful mental health services in a collaborative behavioral health environment alongside experienced ABA professionals.We offer $60–$70 per hour, flexible scheduling, and the ability to provide some services through telehealth. Therapists must also be available to provide in-person services at one of our clinic locations.What You'll Do:Provide individual, family, and/or parent-focused therapy based on client needs.Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide evidence-based mental health interventions.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.Participate in case consultation and clinical team meetings.Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Florida requirements.What We're Looking For:Active, unrestricted Florida LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.Experience working with children, adolescents, parents, or families preferred.Strong communication, assessment, and clinical documentation skills.Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to client care.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.What We Offer:$60–$70 per hourFlexible schedulingTelehealth optionTwo convenient clinic locations:Downtown OrlandoWinter GardenCollaborative environment with experienced ABA professionalsOpportunity to work with children and familiesSupportive clinical teamOpportunities for professional growth and collaborationWhy ABA Alliance Therapy?At ABA Alliance Therapy, we believe behavioral health services work best when professionals collaborate to support the whole family.
