Housekeeper

Position Housekeeper (Full‑time / Part‑time) Location 201 North St. Mary's Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205 Compensation Starting pay: $20.00 per hour. Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $3,200 annually based on hotel results. Job Type Hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time positions. Responsibilities Clean and maintain hotel rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel’s standards. Vacuum floors, change linens, tidy bathrooms, and handle public spaces as required. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance items and report them. Provide guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Deliver courteous service with a positive attitude. Work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. Assist with laundry or public area cleaning when requested. Maintain a positive work environment for guests and colleagues. Work 7 days a week; Saturday and Sunday duties may be required. Qualifications No previous cleaning experience required. High‑school level education or equivalent (two years of high school). Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Strong customer‑service focus and a positive, resolute attitude. Ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and kneel throughout shift. Capacity to lift 25–35 lbs intermittently during the shift. Good communication skills.
