Responsibilities: As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: * DentaPro software * Digital x-ray and Panorex systems * Fiber-optic handpieces * Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training * A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider * A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location) * An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients * A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This position offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.*** What We Provide: * A guaranteed base salary of up to $1,200 per day with unlimited earning potential * A sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 (dependent on experience and start date) * Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month * Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 * No lab fees * Full-time providers can participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA * Company-covered Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Malpractice insurance coverage paid by the organization * Paid holidays and time off * Continuing Education reimbursements * CE opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) * Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships * Various scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance * VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications: We expect you to possess: * A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation * A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure * Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA * Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) * A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
