Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This position offers opportunities for growth and development through mentorship and collaboration.*** What We Offer Guaranteed base compensation up to $1,200 per day with unlimited earning potential Sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 (based on experience and start date) Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 No lab fees Full-time providers can enroll in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-covered Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans 401(k) Retirement Plan Malpractice insurance coverage paid by the company Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for Continuing Education Continuing Education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
