As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine tools to fabricate precise parts that meet the specifications outlined in engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations. Study and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements. Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials needed for each job. Operate and adjust machine controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, operating various CNC machines. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques. Ability to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and related tools. Proficient with precision measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot CNC machine issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
