Field Engineer 4

[About the Role]
Join our dynamic team as a Field Engineer 4 in Greenville, SC, and become the front-line expert for DELL Desktop PC break-fix support. This contract position offers hands-on problem-solving, frequent travel to various locations, and opportunities to deepen your technical expertise. [Responsibilities]

- Respond promptly to PC hardware break-fix calls at client sites across Greenville and surrounding areas
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade DELL Desktop PCs to ensure minimal downtime
- Complete required product training modules and stay updated on evolving technologies
- Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent company values during onsite visits

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Proven expertise in DELL Desktop PC installation and support
- Strong break-fix troubleshooting skills
- Valid A+ Certification
- 2 20 years of relevant experience in field IT support
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to client locations

[Preferred Skills]

- Advanced knowledge of DELL hardware
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong documentation abilities
