I opened my agency in 2020 after working as a financial advisor, bringing a strong background in planning, guidance, and long-term relationship building into agency ownership. I’m a parent to two boys and know this community well, which helps shape the practical, personal approach we take with our customers. Our team includes four members who are focused, motivated, and committed to delivering consistent results. We offer a 401k and PTO to support our team, and our office culture is driven and goal-oriented. Lauren Lee - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Korean preferred.
