At Perspire Sauna Studio - Dana Point, we’re dedicated to helping our members feel their best, and we’re looking for a Membership Sales Associate to join our team and grow with us. About Us Located in beautiful Dana Point, CA, Perspire Sauna Studio is an upscale wellness studio specializing in infrared saunas. Our mission is to provide a welcoming, relaxing space where health and wellness thrive. We value positivity, connection, and exceptional service, and we’re excited to bring on a new team member who shares our passion. What You’ll Be Doing Selling memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere. Reaching out to leads using our CRM with energy and enthusiasm. Promoting the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership. Setting reservations and booking follow-up appointments. Conducting studio tours for new guests and answering questions about our services and facility. Ensuring members feel relaxed, welcome, and well cared for. Maintaining a clean and organized facility, including sauna room turnover and towel supply management. A verifiable history of excellent attendance. Evening and weekend availability. No prior experience is required—we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed! Flexible scheduling with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Established career track for promotion to Assistant Studio Manager with a pay increase.
