What You’ll Be Doing As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment for our members while driving sales and promoting wellness. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere. Reach out to leads using our CRM system with energy and enthusiasm. Share the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership. Set reservations and book follow-up appointments. Provide exceptional service by accommodating members and making them feel relaxed and welcome. Conduct studio tours for new guests and answer questions about our services and facility. Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sauna room turnover and towel supply management. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who bring positivity, professionalism, and a passion for wellness to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service. A consistently fantastic team-player attitude. A verifiable history of excellent attendance. Availability to work evenings and weekends. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
