I am looking for an ambitious HVACR professional to take over an established, highly respected, and profitable business with a loyal, built-in customer base, prime territory and incredible untapped growth potential.

Our shop is uniquely situated in beautiful Monterey County California. For years, I have intentionally kept operations stable, focusing on being a hands-on ‘worker bee’ rather than aggressively expanding. As a result, the business has a rock-solid foundation, an elite regional reputation and a massive amount of market potential that is ready to unlock.

This is not just a job; it is a turnkey business opportunity perfect for an ambitious, experienced service manager, or licensed technician looking to transition into business ownership without starting from scratch.
