Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring quality food preparation and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Food Preparation: Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and flavor.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen to ensure a safe working environment.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting menu items that enhance our offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen staff.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of culinary trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
