Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Security Consultant to design, implement, and maintain secure Oracle Cloud and ERP environments. The role focuses on Oracle security architecture, identity and access management, role design, segregation of duties, security controls, compliance, and risk management across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and related Oracle applications.
• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud security roles, privileges, data access, and user provisioning.
• Develop and maintain job roles, duty roles, data roles, and security profiles based on business requirements.
• Perform role design, role remediation, and access reviews to enforce least-privilege principles.
• Implement and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls across Oracle applications.
• Conduct user access reviews, security assessments, and periodic entitlement certifications.
• Configure Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and authentication integrations.
• Support integration with enterprise identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and other SSO platforms.
• Define and maintain security policies, access controls, and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot Oracle security, authentication, authorization, and access-related issues.
• Support Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and production deployments from a security perspective.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, and compliance teams to resolve security requirements.
• Develop security design documents, role matrices, access control documentation, and technical specifications.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to Oracle applications and cloud environments.
• Identify security risks and recommend remediation strategies to strengthen Oracle environments.
• Monitor security configurations and ensure alignment with organizational security policies and industry standards.
• Participate in security testing, vulnerability assessments, and controls validation.
• Provide security support for Oracle integrations, APIs, interfaces, and third-party applications.
• Establish security best practices for Oracle Cloud environments and continuously improve security controls.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle application security, Oracle ERP security, or related IAM roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Security .
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite security is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle roles, privileges, data access, security profiles, and access controls.
• Hands-on experience with SoD, RBAC, IAM, SSO, and user access governance .
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access provisioning.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security concepts is preferred.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and enterprise security controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
