We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Functional SME to lead functional activities for enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations. This role will focus on Oracle EPCM solution design, profitability and cost allocation modeling, business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and integration with other Oracle EPM modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, profitability management, and cost allocation processes. This individual will work closely with finance, accounting, business, and technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle EPCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business-requirement gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle EPCM and Planning Cloud implementations.
• Design and configure Oracle EPCM solutions supporting profitability analysis, cost allocations, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Apply strong accounting and FP&A knowledge to translate business requirements into effective allocation rules, models, and reporting structures.
• Manage functional activities throughout the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to develop scalable solutions that meet accounting, budgeting, planning, and profitability-management requirements.
• Support integrations across Oracle EPM modules, including Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
• Define and manage internal and external data and metadata interface requirements.
• Develop allocation methodologies, business rules, dimensional structures, model logic, and validation processes within Oracle EPCM.
• Facilitate workshops with accounting, finance, FP&A, and budgeting stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, reconciliation, and production-readiness activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance to business users on Oracle EPCM functionality and processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution-design documents, process documentation, training materials, and other technical and functional documentation.
• Provide functional leadership, issue resolution, and recommendations throughout implementation and stabilization.
• Communicate effectively with business leaders, project teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, risks, decisions, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive functional experience with Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud, including solution design, configuration, allocation modeling, and deployment.
• Experience delivering at least two large, full lifecycle Oracle EPCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, profitability analysis, and cost-management processes.
• Experience working with or supporting accounting, finance, FP&A, or budgeting functions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM cross-module capabilities, including: Oracle Planning Cloud Oracle Consolidation Cloud Oracle Narrative Reporting Oracle Data Management.
• Experience managing internal and external data and metadata interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements-gathering sessions, solution-design workshops, and fit-gap assessments.
• Experience supporting testing, reconciliation, user training, documentation, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Excellent consulting, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level profitability, product-costing, shared-services allocation, or financial-transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM integration architecture and financial data-management processes.
• Experience working with distributed business and technical teams.
• Oracle EPM Cloud or Oracle EPCM certification is preferred.
