Title: Corporate Paralegal (In-House | Temporary)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Potential)
Compensation: $45–$55/hour
This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international entity management, corporate governance, and legal operations within a sophisticated, well-structured legal department supporting a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain corporate governance documents (resolutions, consents, minutes, entity records)
- Support legal entity management across U.S. and international jurisdictions
- Handle KYC / due diligence requests with financial institutions and partners
- Maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and track key terms
- Assist with board materials, filings, and regulatory compliance
- Support litigation processes including subpoenas and document collection
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel
