Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Preferred qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. Experience with building full stack products and leading new initiatives which requires standing up the infrastructure from scratch. Experience with releasing, deployment, logging, debugging and experimentation. Experience with Flume and large-scale data processing pipelines. The team has built and launched Merchant Center for Agencies which recently launched globally in May 2026. We now have 1000+ agencies that spend ~$XB in ad spend on our platform. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Build AI‑forward experiences for Agencies. Lead the strategic investment in up‑leveling Agencies as first‑class citizens. Lead the build out of a scalable backend and frontend infrastructure to generate and serve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), insights and recommendations for Agencies. Lead the project from its early stage to scale. Create and drive longer‑term strategy, roadmap and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Work cross‑functionally with various teams to land and deliver large cross‑functional projects. Establish a strong culture of engineering excellence on the team.
