General Manager - Full Time

FTK Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager for our vibrant venue in Philadelphia. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a high-volume bar and entertainment environment. You will oversee a lounge restaurant and bar that caters to both events and walk-in dining, ensuring a premium experience for our guests. If you have a passion for late-night entertainment and a knack for creating an upscale atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the lounge restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Oversee entertainment events, including coordination with DJs and performers.
Foster relationships with high net worth guests to provide personalized service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of late-night entertainment operations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in delivering exceptional guest service.
Availability to work late nights and weekends as required.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible late-night hours.
