This position is primarily onsite at our Longview, Texas facility and includes home care services to ensure patients receive personalized care in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and comprehensive health assessments for female patients, adhering to clinic protocols and best practices.
• Utilize your advanced clinical skills to perform specialized procedures such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and management of pessaries.
• Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and discuss complex medical cases.
• Advocate for patients by addressing their physiological, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive needs through an empathetic and holistic approach.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring that follow-up care and necessary diagnostic studies are carried out under established protocols.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation, patient tracking, and communication with team members.
• Apply legal knowledge and safety principles to uphold patient confidentiality and manage associated risks effectively.
• Act promptly and efficiently in emergency situations, following established protocols to maintain patient safety and alert necessary personnel.
• Embody a service-oriented philosophy, ensuring excellence in all interactions with patients, their families, and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will engage with primarily consists of women seeking comprehensive health services, including routine screenings, reproductive health care, and specialized interventions. Your work will significantly contribute to improving the health and well-being of women in the Longview area, catering to diverse backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license, along with the requisite certifications (CDS & DEA).
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience practicing as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Eligibility for participation in state programs, including Medicare and Medicaid, is essential.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of one year of experience is required, two years or more as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred.
• Experience with patient care technology and electronic health records is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our robust benefit package includes:
