Daily Responsibilities As a Pediatric OT on our team, you will bring creativity, clinical expertise, and joy to our daily sessions. Your role will include: Assessments & Planning: Performing pediatric evaluations, assessments, and reassessments to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Skilled Interventions: Providing creative, evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training. Progress Tracking: Monitoring patient milestones and fluidly modifying treatment plans as kids grow and progress. Family Empowerment: Educating patients and their caregivers on treatment goals and designing easy-to-follow home exercise programs. Documentation: Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge plans. AI integrations to assist. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partnering closely with physicians, caregivers, and our internal team of OTs, PTs and speech therapists to coordinate holistic patient care. Qualifications Valid State License/Certification in Occupational Therapy (or eligible to sit for the exam). A deep love for pediatric therapy and a playful, patient-centered approach.
