The Warehouse Customer Service Rep/Receptionist serves as a key point of contact for customers and visitors, managing inquiries and supporting order processing while efficiently handling front desk and communication duties. This role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to coordinate various administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Process and track orders accurately and promptly
- Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
- Enter data and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a communication liaison between customers and internal teams
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle document preparation and filing
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills

- 1+ years of experience in customer service
