Key Responsibilities: Growing and Turning the wrench for our Plumbing Divis i on Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market Building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers Training, mentoring, and guiding current and new technicians Communicating and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it Adopt a "Get It Done" Mentality You do take the initiative.
