Quality Team Lead Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

• Lead and support a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause investigations
• Review quality documentation and maintain accurate records
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures
• Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality concerns
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and corrective actions
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are consistently followed

Quality Team Lead Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a quality leadership, team lead, or supervisory role
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and defect analysis
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills and experience with quality documentation
