Job Description Job Summary: Hander Plumbing & Heating is seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM/CAD Plumbing Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about designing accurate and detailed plumbing systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Responsibilities: Develop detailed plumbing system designs that align with project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met. Review and refine designs to optimize performance and compliance with specifications. Qualifications: Strong understanding of plumbing systems and components. Proficiency in BIM and CAD software. Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
